Order in the app, pick up at the kiosk.
It’s really that simple.
Do you have a prescription?
Submit a photo of your new prescription slip, or the package and pharmacy label from one you want to transfer.
Do you have a drug plan?
We can process drug claims for you. Save time by entering your plan info when you register.
Placing your first order
The fastest way to sign up is with the app, but you can also do it here, by phone or right at the kiosk.
2.Snap a photo of your prescription
Or transfer a current prescription by taking a photo of the pharmacy label on the package. You can also submit prescriptions online, by phone or at a kiosk.
3.Select a kiosk for pickup
Browse our kiosk locations and hours. Most are available 24/7 but some may have limited hours.
4.Watch for a notification
We’ll let you know when your medication is ready, by text, email, phone or through the app. Your choice.
Picking up your medication
1.Your prescription is ready
Wait for the confirmation, then head over to the kiosk address in that message.
2.Enter your PIN at the kiosk
Then scan the barcode from your phone, or answer a few personal questions.
3.Questions? Talk to a pharmacist
Have a private chat with a pharmacist using the video screen and handset on the kiosk.
4.Pay, grab and go
Use your credit or debit card to pay the balance of what your drug plan didn’t cover.
